By accessing or using Torax (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not:
You retain ownership of the scripts, prompts and media you upload or generate (“Your Content”). You grant Torax a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your finished work.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings; changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
The Service, including its software, models, branding and design, remains the property of Torax and its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or brand assets.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torax is provided “as is” and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Contact us.
